STEP 2: Which Plan Do I Need?
Bronze Plan: Reverse Cancellation Hotline
  • Great to notify Coaches, Players / Parents, Referees, Umpires
  • For teams meeting only 1 time a week
  • Included – Notification that the event is cancelled
  • Only available for up to 4 months service
  • Expected Use – Maximum one call per week for cancellation notification
Gold Plan: True Emergency Notification
  • Great to notify Coaches, Players / Parents, Referees, Umpire’s 
  • For teams meeting up to 3 times a week
  • Notification for: cancellations, delays, field, uniform or direction issues, traffic issues, meeting places and time changes with in 24 hours of event where only phone can get the results needed
  • Not included: Reminder service (ie: There is a game, practice, fund raiser, or meeting, bring this or that to game / event, team news flashes.) The Platinum Plan covers these items.
  • Expected Use: Expected use several times some weeks and no use other weeks
Platinum Plan: This plan is the Coaches helper
  • Great to notify Coaches, / Parents, Referees, Umpire’s
  • For teams meeting any number of times a week, travel teams, those playing an extended schedule, or multiple tournaments
  • Included: All Gold Plan items plus can be used to help the coach with operational matters. Reminding everyone that there is an event at a certain time or place, I forgot to mention..., bring this or that to the event, be sure to ... before a certain date I need.
  • The Platinum Plan is excellent as a way to call and reinforce emails  
  • Expected Use: Would be used most weeks

No refunds or credit for cancelled Tournaments, service will be provided for
Tournaments rescheduled and played with in 30 days. Please contact us if this applies.
* If all Teams in the League subscribe to the service
+ Must be the same players on the roster for the total year.
+ Various filters used by some email providers could prevent emails from being delivered. We send emails out one at a time to help prevent this problem
+ Payment and use of service is acceptance of terms of use. A License Service Agreement explaining Terms of Use must be accepted and returned before service is provided
